Proclaimed as a reggae circus, there is so much going on in the band, is why they called themselves. They have such a large group of musicians on stage with so many different instriuments, there's a feeling of infectious excitement and an undeniable energy.The band have cultivated a loyal following of followers and have expanded their fan base on a national level.
They were Galaxie Rising Star of the CBC Award and were named Alternative Artist/Group of the Year at the 2008 Music Newfoundland in Gander, Nfld. They also won several awards in the Scopes Best of St. John's Readers Survey.
The band takes much inspiration from the mid-70's roots reggae. Their music speaks of the human condition, discussing issues of war, capitalism and social and personal struggle. They have toured throughout Central and Atlantic Canada and are emerging on the national scene.
They released their full length CD entitled, CORNER in December 2007.Since its release, it was nominated for an ECMA in 2008. The CD received tremendous reviews. They have recently finished their second album entitled, KEEP OUT and will be released in September 2009. It was recorded at Dreamland Studio with Producer, Darryl Jennifer. The band began a national tour in May 2009.
