ASCruzerosProfilePict2.jpg Meet The Cruzeros, a roots/country recording act from Kelowna, British Columbia. Their self-titled debt album released in 1996 resulted in five charting singles, four videos on CMT, two Top Ten CanCountry hits and dozens of award citations including a JUNO nomination for Country Group of The Year. Their second album, 'El Nino' released on August 7, 2001, has already ganered impressive critical acclaim. Atlantic Seabreeze recently received this album, and has high praises for the CD and gives the album a 5 Star+ rating out of 5 stars. Atlantic Seabreeze is looking forward to work with this great band in 2003 as they plan to tour Ontario. Their sophomore album, has won the Canadian Independent Music Award for Best Country Album for 2002.

Meet the band: BARRY MATHERS (guitar, mandolin, vocals)-CURTIS TULMAN (12-string, harmonica, saxophone, vocals)-JIM PA RYAN ( keyboards, vocals)-CRAIG WILSON (drums)-GORDY PARK (bass guitar, vocals).

The Cruzeros have appeared on numerous radio and television programs in Canada. Their music has been recorded by artists in Europe and has been set to TV shows domestically and abroad. They have performed throughout western Canada, showcased in Nashville and toured in Mexico several times. The band recently performed to sold out shows of 12,000 people per night at the Say Hay farm aid benefits held in Edmonton and Calgary, Alberta.

Rave reviews about The Cruzeros have been pouring in to their headquarters and the Band is in much demand. They will be performing in Pheonix, Arizona on New Year's Eve 2002. Their live performances are energetic and they sing about real people and real situations. The band is known as a country band, however their roots are deeply planted in bluegrass and folk/roots music which they perfer to play the most.

As the Year 2003 approaches, they already have and will be booking the touring season and will be concentrating on Country and Folk Festivals.
