The 2026 East Coast Music Award & Industry Award nomineeswere announced on January 28, 2026.

Goldie Boutilier, Daniel James McFadyen and Cassie & Maggielead all nominees: Goldie 7-Daniel 6-Cassie & Maggie 5.

The Awards week is May 20-24, 2026 in Sydney, Cape Breton.

The Gala Awards will take place on Thursday, May 21, 2026at Center 200 in Sydney.

Live entertainment will be held Friday & Saturday in various venuesand the Songwriters Circle will be held on Sunday

Host of the Awards will be Bette MacDonald & Maynard Morrison.

Voting for Fans Choice and Entertainer of the Years are voted bythe fans on line from Jan 28 to May 21.

The ECMA 2026 opening will be on Wednesday, May 20 will havemany artists performing.
