It appears that the signee instructions were not followed, in order

to receive the letter.

Here are the instructions:

Step 1

Fill in form, Sign In, on Home Page

Save Form

When saved, an e-mail will be sent to you that contains a link.

This link is step 2

Step 2

When you receive the E-mail with the link, click that link.

That link will run a page on this website to complete the sign-up

process.

When step 2 of signing process is completed, another E-mail is sent to

you, thanking you for signing up for the free newsletter.
