Leeboy, is a singer/songwriter from Antognish County, Nova Scotia. He released his debut album entitled, Better Man Blues, and it has received an ECMA 2013 Award nomination for Blues Recording of the Year.

The album has hit all the high spots as this is his first album and also received a MusicNS nomination and the song, One In A Million was a top 10 finalist in the national songwriting competition, the VMIBC Great Canadian Song Race.

The album has an organic, earthy feel and touches on the theme of realizing one's true potential, and the heartaches that happen along the way. The album is a mix of blues, bluegrass and folk.

There are 10 tracks on the album which Leeboy wrote 8 of them, co-wrote another with JP Cormier and another one written by Charlie Segar.

JP Cormier, an award-winning multi-instrumentalist was producer, engineer of the album and he mixed and mastered the album as well. On the album JP played rhythm guitar, mandolin, violin, piano, organ, bass, classical guitar and harmonica.
