It's 10 years since June Pasher, a pioneer in Canadian Country Music passed away in Toronto. It's had to believe how time is slipping by and many of our artists in country music are gone forever. June always struggled to keep traditional country music alive in Canada. For 7 years in the 90's she performed every Saturday afternoon with a line-up of special guests at OV's Club in Toronto where hundreds of devoted country fans enjoyed the music all afternoon long.

Now in 2012, fans can enjoy looking back at the dozens of videos on Facebook of June performing at OV's and around Toronto at various clubs. Thanks to Norma Gale, an unbelievable bass player in June's band, who had a camera rolling at various shows, and introduced the videos on Facebook in 2012 for all their fans to enjoy their outstanding performances. What great memories for all to see, especially to see and hear June at her finest performing for her fans! Her outstanding singing voice will always be remembered.
