Following his Idol placement, he immediately began to get his new CD together. Greeley, sensing the ties between the kitchen party music of his native Newfoundland and the storytelling attributes of country music, made a crucial decision in his career --to move to Alberta and travel new musical roads. In 2007, he signed with Royalty Records and then they connected him with two-time CCMA Producer of the year, Joel Feeney. That move proved successul, as Greeley wrote or co-wrote five of the albums songs and also partnered with Nashville's Denny Carr.
The album appears to be a winner and here are the song titles:
Born that Way-Usually-Goodbye Jersey
Around For A Reason-Get A Life-Slammin Doors
The Good Part-Live Our Lives-Walk Away
Louder Than Words-Four Walls-What You Gotta Do
There were many musicians who helped Jason in the studio, too many to mention here. The CD was produced by Joel Feeney and recorded and mixed at Inception Sound, Toronto. The CD jacket contains explanations why the song was written and some great photos of Jason. All the song lyrics can befound on his website.
Atlantic Seabreeze, gives Greeley high ratings on its rating list. To find more information regarding Jason and his music, refer to his website, address posted above.
