BLUESTREAK-Winners of 7 P.E.I. Music Awards

The P.E.I. Music Association held their Awards week-end on Nov. 18-20 in Charlottetown, P.E.I. The week-end was a major success especially organized in just a few years and with mostly all volunteers making the event such a success. Atlantic Seabreeze headed by John Gavin from Toronto took an active role in the event by sponsoring an award and accepting an award for Billy MacInnis who won the International Award. There were many surprises of winning artists and made the event very exciting. Major showcases were held at the Confederation Mall on Thursday and Friday evening, giving the new artists and nominees a chance to display their talents. Atlantic Seabreeze was shocked to see and hear so many young music artists presenting their talents. P.E.I. is bursting at the seams with talent from musicians to singers to dancers from one end of the Island to the other and they certainly didn't let down the music association. The Awards for Albums were given out at the Carrefour De I'isle Saint Jean Theatre on Friday evening while all other awards were given out at the Confederation Center For The Performing Arts,( the Award winner for Venue of the Year) on Sat., Nov. 20 and here are all the winners:
