Meet The Back Yard Devils from Moncton, New Brunswick. They won 3 MusicNB Music 2011 Awards for Emergng Artist of the Year, Country Album and Group of the Year.They perform Bluegrass, Folk, Country and Rockabilly Country Music. The Group recently returned from ECMA 2012 in Moncton, where they rocked the ECMA's with their showcase performances. Wherever they perfomed at the ECMA's, they filled the venues to the delight of people watching them perform.

The group is made up of Erik and Remi Arsenault (brothers), Christien Belliveau and Dillon Robichaud. Christien plays Resonator & electric guitar-Erik plays guitar & vocals, Remi plays bass & vocals and Dillon plays banjo & mandolin.

The group sound like he Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Stanley Brothers, Bill Monroe, Scott H Biram and Trampled By Turtles. They released their debut self-titled CD in 2011, containing 13 songs, all arranged by the group and 12 songs were written by the group and one by Jimmie Rogers (Blue Yodel N0 9). Some of the songs included on the CD are, Mean Moonshine Blues, House On The Coast, Drinking Alone, Junkhead Blues, Big Trucks & Steel Trains and more.

The CD was produced by The Back Yard Devils and George Belliveau and recorded bGeorge Belliveau at Studio Belivo in Barachois, N.B. on the Independant Label. The group performs at every chance they get and recently performed in Toronto at The Cadallic Lounge and have upcoming performances in Quebec, N.B. and P.E.I.

Atlantic Seabreeze saw the group perform at the ECMA's and was spellbound with their peformance and awaiting their return to PEI in May/12 at The Albert & Crown in Alberton.
