The New Stompin' Tom Center opens on June 30, 2017 and has released the up-coming event schedule for July. Here are some of the details:
Friday, June 30
Stompin' Tom Festival 7 pm
A songwriters circle followed by a jam and entertainment till midnight
Saturday, July 1
Grand Opening, Ribbon cutting and commemorative ceremony at 2 - 4 pm. Free
Outdoor Concert at 4-9 pm with entertainers- JP Cormier - Dave Gunning - Mike Plume, Tim Huss, Billy MacInnis & more TBA. (Fireworks at dusk & VIP Party till midnight)
Sunday, July 2
Outdoor concert with: Stompin Tom Impersonators contest at 2pm
Concert with entertainers with Gordie MacKeeman and His Rhythm Boys, Matt Minglewood, Ivan Daigle, Billy MacInnis, Mike Plum and More TBA.

Kitchen Party with The Penndy's (Pendergast Family) 7-10 pm
Evening of fun, with Island music & cultinary delights & tasty temptations created by Island Red Seal Chefs & course Oysters on the 1/2 shell to kick off a night to remember

Skinner's Pond Ceilidh's 7-10 pm PEI Talent with singing and stepdancing
