June 7 was a special day at Purple Hill, Thorld, Ontario, where East Coast performers were showcased to a full standing room only audience. And what an amazing day of music presented.

Roy Payne, Canada's favourite singer/songwriter and performer had the opportunity to present his own written song in honor of Purlple Hill's owner,George Taylor. Standing ovations were received and there were tears everywhere while Roy was singing.

Many guest music artists were presented including Robert and Larris Benoit (From The famous Carleton Showband), Felix Turrett, Tiffany Fraser & Patrick Linton, Fred Newcombe, Malcolm Melanson, Sandra Glabb and the Boys of Purple Hill.
