Bobby Keys Saxophonist For The Stones Passes Away

Bobby Keys 71 years of age, Saxophonist for The Rolling Stones, has passed away. He battled cancer and liver failure for some time. He was born in Slanton, Texas, Tenn.

Bobby performed with The Rolling Stones for 40 plus years. He performed on a legendary recordings of John Lennon, Joe Crocker, Barbara Streisand, BB King, Carly Simon, Lynyrd Skynard and others.

He kept rock'n' roll honest whether he was backing The Stones or John Lennon. He couldn't travel to Australia and New Zealand in the fall 2014 because of cancer.

Bobby was considered one of Rock's greatest Saxophonist of all times.
