Tim's career suddenly came to an abrupt end on December 7, 2004 while helping his sister fix up her new home, when suddenly his sister's husband drove up the driveway and shot a 20-guage shotgun and Tim got the brunt of the shots into his face, and as a result lost his eyesight forever.

The CD contains 16 songs all superbly sung by Tim. Many people raved over Tim's singing and are blown away with his pure talent and strong voice.
