Johnny has been climbing the music ladder one-step at a time. With the release of this third album, entitled, Shès Gonna Love Me, Johnny has developed a style showing his versatility; he can be high-energy on certain songs and then he can show his wonderful storytelling abilities with tender songs. On this album, Johnny shines throughout the album and his writings stand out on each song.

Johnny and his wife Joan Oliver wrote 12 songs on the album and he and Claude Simpson co-wrote the song, Claim To Fame and he and Dale Cameron co-wrote the song, Guitar. Producer of the album was Gordon Belsher of Guernsey Cove Parlour Productions.
